After two decades of dedicated service, Carlos Hernandez will step down from his role as Executive Vice President at Haulotte Group, the French multinational specialized in manufacturing and distributing aerial work platforms. Reporting directly to CEO Alexandre Saubot, Hernandez has been a driving force behind the company’s international expansion and commercial success.

Hernandez joined Haulotte in 2005 as Commercial Director for Spain and Portugal, quickly advancing to senior leadership positions across Europe and the Americas. He played a pivotal role in establishing Haulotte’s footprint in Latin America, launching subsidiaries in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, while also building strong distribution networks throughout the region. After 2015, as Executive Managing Director for the Americas, he spearheaded a successful reorganization of Haulotte’s North American operations in the US and Canada, strengthening customer relationships, enhancing after-sales services, and driving significant growth.

Beyond his leadership, Hernandez contributed to several global initiatives, including strategic acquisitions, the development of new distribution facilities, and the expansion of Haulotte’s rental business in Europe and the Americas. His focus on customer value, profitability, and sustainable growth has helped solidify Haulotte’s reputation as a leading player in a highly competitive industry.

Reflecting on his departure, CEO Alexandre Saubot stated: “Carlos has been instrumental in building Haulotte’s presence across multiple continents. His vision, his great operational achievement, total commitment and dedication have left a profound mark on the company. We thank him for his many contributions over the past 20 years.”

As Hernandez steps down, he leaves behind a legacy of global expansion and customer-focused growth. Commenting on his decision, Hernandez said: “Leading Haulotte over these years has been both a privilege and an honor. I am deeply grateful to Alexandre for giving me the opportunity to be part of the Haulotte family, and I wish the company continued success. After all these years, it is time for me to pursue the next chapter in my professional journey. I look back with pride at our shared achievements and my time at Haulotte.”
